3. QuickBooks Data & Reporting Dashboards

When you use our live dashboard or reporting services, you connect your own QuickBooks Online account directly through Intuit’s official authorization screen. A few specific commitments:

• We never see, request, or store your QuickBooks login credentials — authorization happens entirely on Intuit’s own platform
• Access is limited to what’s needed to generate the reports and dashboard metrics you’ve requested (profit & loss, cash flow, invoice status, and similar figures), using QuickBooks’ standard accounting data access
• Report data is used only to display the figures back to you, in your dashboard or scheduled email reports — it is not shared with any third party beyond the infrastructure needed to run the service (for example, Google’s servers, which host and send your reports)
• You can revoke our access at any time, directly from your own QuickBooks account, with no need to contact us first
• Ending an engagement includes our own review of active connections, with access revoked on our end within 24 hours

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

5. Data Security

Client files are stored in Google Workspace with two-factor authentication enforced, and we take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No system can guarantee 100% security, and we describe our actual practices — not formal certifications we haven’t obtained — on our Security & Confidentiality page.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party tools to deliver our services, including:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• QuickBooks / Intuit (accounting data and reporting)
• Google Workspace and Google Apps Script (file storage, automation, and report hosting)
• Calendly (appointment scheduling)

These providers have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain client financial records, QuickBooks report data, and project materials only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal or business obligations.
