1 Services Provided

We provide:

• Bookkeeping services (recording, categorization, reconciliation, reporting)
• QuickBooks setup and consulting
• Light website design and digital setup services

2 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information
• Submit documents in a timely manner
• Review reports and notify us of discrepancies
• Maintain access credentials for required platforms

3 Bookkeeping Disclaimer

Our bookkeeping services are intended to maintain organized financial records and assist with reporting. We do not:

• File tax returns
• Provide tax advice
• Represent clients before tax authorities
• Provide audit assurance services

4 Website Design Services

For website projects:

• Client must provide content, logos, and materials
• Revisions are limited to the agreed project scope
• Final website ownership transfers to client upon full payment
• Ongoing maintenance is not included unless separately agreed

5 Payment Terms

• Fees are agreed per engagement or invoice
• Payment is due according to invoice terms
• Late payments may result in service suspension

6 Confidentiality

We treat all client financial information as confidential and will not disclose it except as required by law.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sadenas Distributors LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business interruption losses
• Lost profits
• Errors resulting from third-party software systems

8 Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
